CHANGE TO PROGRAMDue to unforseen circumstances, Narbalek who were scheduled to perform on Wednesday 17 August, are unable to perform at the Darwin Festival. They will be replaced by George Rrurrambu and Birdwave, who will be supported by Bininj.
