Acclaimed restaurateur Jimmy Shu presents a superb menu of culinary delights featuring the extraordinary local produce of the Top End. Jimmy’s philosophy that “the best way to embrace other cultures is through their food” will be reflected in the menu for the evening which will combine Indian, Thai and Nonyan cuisines. Pre-dinner drinks will be served at sunset in the Galuku Gallery – the Festival’s spectacular outdoor gallery.
This will be the gastronomic highlight of the year. Darwin gourmands are advised to book early as seats are limited!
