Yilila Concert

Yilila are an exceptional band and dance group from Numbulwar in Arnhem Land. When they perform, through music and dance they tell the story of Dhumbala or Red Flag.

The Red Flag story is their culture and is unique only to a handful of Aboriginal communities on Australia’s East Arnhem Land coast.

Yilila stand alone as an exceptional group of musicians and dancers. They are committed to sharing and teaching their culture, and their live performances contain energy, culture, instrumental and vocal skill.
