Tunas Mekar Balinese Collective

Darwin based Balinese collective, Tunas Mekar, will merge with three visiting Balinese performers to present an exotic and mesmerising performance of traditional Balinese dance, gamelan music, drama and mask.

Inspired by the centuries-old Bali Hindu-Animist tradition, the performance will conjure images of splendour, beauty, youth, universal concerns and humour.
